Registration prior to reunion weekend will close on Tuesday, April 22nd at midnight PST. You are welcome to register in-person during check-in hours at Mosher Alumni House or at a specific event.
No, we do not accept cash for event registration.
All event fees are non-refundable. Email programs@alumni.ucsb.edu for cancellations or additional inquiries.
No, additional information is required to receive your General Admission Parking ePermit. Please visit alumni.ucsb.edu/events/all-gaucho-reunion/directions-parking for important details regarding parking on campus.
Oversized vehicles, including RVs, travel trailers, and motorhomes, are not permitted on the UC Santa Barbara campus. Oversized vehicles include any vehicle which exceeds 22 feet in length or exceeds 90 inches in width. For additional information on oversized vehicles, please refer to Transportation & Parking Services.
Campus visitors not from a participating institution should use the UCSB Wireless Web, and select ‘Guest Registration.’ Once you register, you'll receive an SMS/text-message-provided password, which gives you a seven-day connection.
Yes! GauchoFest is a family friendly event. We’ll have a crafting corner, touch tanks, games, and fun for the whole family.
We’re excited to host a Kid’s Only Party on Saturday, April 26 from 9:00am -11:00am! There is a $5 additional fee per child.
Dogs are allowed on the UCSB Campus subject to the following limitations:
Dogs on campus grounds must be on a leash not more than six feet long.
Dogs are not permitted to enter All Gaucho Reunion events (including Taste of UCSB) or any UCSB building unless the dog has prior authorization to do so as a Utility Animal.
Dogs are not permitted on bike paths.
Dogs may not be tied or tethered to any building, object, landscape, or vehicle on the UCSB Campus.
Owners bringing a dog onto the UCSB campus are responsible for removing any and all animal waste created by their dog and ensuring their dog is under control at all times.
Dogs on campus are subject to all provisions of Santa Barbara County Ordinance 4948.3
Yes. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and other applicable state and federal laws, UCSB allows visitors to bring service animals to campus. Service animals are allowed to go anywhere you do. Please indicate that you wish to bring a service animal when registering for the reunion. A service animal must wear a leash, harness, cape, or other marker that identifies it as a service animal at all times when on campus.
Absolutely and they have amazing Gaucho gear! The UCSB Campus Store (formerly known as "The Bookstore") will be open for the All Gaucho Reunion.
