UC Santa Barbara is committed to our alumni community’s professional success. Alumni Affairs offers professional connection opportunities for lifelong learning through industry and workplace networking groups, regional networking nights, online professional development programming, and mentoring and hiring connections with current students.
Gaucho Network Mentorship Program
The Gaucho Network Mentorship Program is designed to establish meaningful mentorships between alumni and current UC Santa Barbara third and fourth-year students. The connections made in this program will help students build their network, prepare them for a successful future, and demonstrate what it means to be a Gaucho. The program runs Fall 2022 - Spring 2023.
The Gaucho Network is UC Santa Barbara’s hyper-personalized online professional network built for Gauchos. With a network of nearly 9,000 Gauchos, our online community supports alumni and students as they seek job opportunities, gain career advice, build networking connections, and connect with college friends.
Gaucho Grown Entrepreneurs
Gaucho Grown connects UCSB alumni, students, faculty, and staff interested and involved in all areas of entrepreneurship. We are developing a network of Gaucho innovators to share resources, collaborate, and highlight Gaucho stories of entrepreneurship. You can:

- Fill out our Google form to tell us about your Gaucho Grown company or business.
Gaucho Network also has groups for Gauchos in working in education, finance, and technology.
